What began as a journey through words and conversations has now blossomed into a vibrant artistic ecosystem — celebrating imagination, culture, and the timeless magic of storytelling.
Our Roots
The Journey
Nearly nine years ago, a few literature enthusiasts came together to start a small literary discussion platform. That humble initiative has now grown into a close-knit family of over a hundred literature lovers, called Sahitya Katta. Over the years, Sahitya Katta has regularly organized literary gatherings, readings, discussions, translation specials, dialect-focused sessions, Women’s Day events, and many other cultural activities in Hyderabad.
Sahityarang was launched with the aim of providing a platform for local artists, writers, and theatre enthusiasts. Through more than 10 successful productions over the last three years, this initiative has proven that when passion and collective effort come together, theatre becomes more than a performance — it becomes an experience.
